Welcome to Mina Rashid Marina, a landmark new leisure and lifestyle destination serving yachts, superyachts and cruise ships in Mina Rashid, Dubai.
Located in the historic heart of Dubai at the mouth of the Creek, Mina Rashid is the port where the city grew to become the “City of Merchants”. The new marina is a place where history meets the future, where a commercial port now includes a waterfront destination for people, tourists, yachts and superyachts owners, captains and crews, watersport and sailing enthusiasts.
Mina Rashid Marina spans 13 square kilometres and will be developed in phases, with a variety of attractions including an integrated entertainment city. The first phase launched in 2017 features 500 berths and further phases, once completed, will be able to accommodate thousands of yachts.
Facing the marina there is Marina Cube, a complex of restaurants and ship chandeliers created from the renovation of real containers. Taking centre stage is the magnificent Queen Elizabeth 2 (QE2), one of the last great Transatlantic liners, now residing permanently in Mina Rashid Marina, featuring a 13 deck floating hotel, complete with dining, entertainment and event destination attractions.
Designed, developed and operated by P&O Marinas, our long term vision is to convert Mina Rashid into a premier destination for yachts and superyachts so it becomes the biggest yachting hub in the Middle East, hosting thousands of pleasure craft, from across the Middle East and worldwide.
Following a joint venture with Emaar Properties, Mina Rashid has been launched on 1st of May 2019 as a new beautiful residential community by Emaar that will pay homage to Dubai's rich maritime history.
Mina Rashid Marina provides wet berths for approximately 500 boats including motor and sailing yachts between 10 to 80 metres in length, and 200 dry berths. In addition, we offer 810 meters of quay wall along the coastal berth facing the QE2, where we can accommodate superyachts in transit in Dubai.
Single and three-phase electricity is available at different power supplies: 16A, 32A, 45A, 63A, 100A, 125A and 400A (A = Amperes) and 230 V & 380 V (V = Volts). Fresh water available at each berth.
A dedicated sewer facility is provided at docks for black and grey water disposal.
Free Wi-Fi network coverage for the Marina users.
A dedicated fuel station (petrol and diesel) at 2 docks with 24/7 service throughout the season.
Special area dedicated for our berth users to park their cars for easy access to the berth sides.
Shower and toilet facilities are available within close proximity to berths, at each gangway.
24-hours full time onsite security personnel, as well as CCTV cameras within the marina. Prevention of the public from direct access at berths. Controlled access for vehicles.
As an Official Port of Entry, yachts can clear customs directly from the berth.

The marina hosts the MARINA CUBECOMPLEX, a complex of restaurants, cafes, retails including fishing equipment, supermarket, marina boutique, laundry and yacht consultancy office, created from the renovation of real containers.
